Asian-Style Honey Sriracha Steak Salad

Directions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in large skillet on high heat. Brown steak on both sides. For medium rare, cook 5 to 7 min. per side, or until instant-read thermometer reaches 145°F (63°C). For well done, cook 9 min. per side, or 170°F (77°C). Meanwhile, in small dish mix honey, soy sauce and Sriracha sauce. Brush on top of steak in last minute of cooking. Remove steak from skillet. Set aside toS rest 5 min.

  2. Meanwhile, in large bowl, toss salad kit ingredients. Divide onto 4 plates. Top with red pepper strips.

  3. Slice steak across the grain into 1/4-in. (5-mm) thick strips, place on salads.
