Camembert & Turkey Ciabatta Loaf

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Slice bread in half lengthwise. Blend together mustard and horseradish; spread on both bread halves.

  3. Remove rind from cheese and slice into thin strips. Arrange cheese on bottom bread half. Layer turkey and baby greens on cheese, season with pepper. Cap with top half of bread. Place on baking sheet. Bake until cheese is gooey and sandwich is hot, about 5 min. Cut into quarters.
