Campfire Peppers & Snow Peas
Combine soya sauce and balsamic vinegar in a small, leak-proof resealable container.
Slice and seed peppers and snap stems off snow peas. Heat oil in a large skillet or foil pan over hot fire until a drop of water sizzles. Add peppers and snow peas and stir-fry until vegetables soften slightly and begin to brown. Add soya sauce mixture and mix well. Garnish with sliced almonds.
