Directions

  1. Cook orzo (or other small pasta) according to package directions.

  2. Transfer to a bowl and while still hot, add extra fine green beans cut into 1-in. (2.5 cm) pieces, frozen corn, shredded BBQ Chicken and finely diced red pepper. Toss to combine.

  3. Stir in juice of half a lemon and Greek salad dressing. Garnish with crumbled feta and finely chopped fresh Oregano leaves and serve.
