Directions

  1. In large bowl, toss together wings, soy sauce, oil, vinegar and pepper until well coated (can be marinated in fridge up to 4 hr. ahead).

  2. Place wings on grill preheated to medium. Grill, turning occasionally, 20 to 30 min. until wings are charred in spots and cooked through (internal temperature 165°F/74°C).

  3. Transfer wings to clean bowl. Toss with wing sauce. Serve immediately.
