Directions

  1. Add avocado, mint, lime juice, olive oil, garlic to a small food processor; pulse until finely chopped. Stir in feta.

Tip

To serve a family of four, mix 4 cups cooked linguine with the avocado sauce, add ½ cup pasta water, and stir to combine. Garnish with mint and feta.
