Crunchy Pear, Anise & Havarti Sandwich
Toast walnuts in a dry skillet on medium heat, stirring until fragrant, about 3 min. Once cooled, lightly chop and combine with 1/4 cup (60 mL) mayo. Spread on each slice of bread. Layer pear, cucumber and fennel slices, sprinkle with pepper, and top with Havarti.
