Directions

  1. Place wooden skewers in water. Set aside. Preheat oven to broil and place rack in centre of oven. Place pork strips in a bowl. Coat with the pastes, cumin, salt and 1/2 tsp (2 mL) olive oil. Marinate, 10 min.

  2. Insert skewers through the length of each pork strip. Place on a rimmed baking sheet and drizzle with remaining oil. Broil 5 to 7 min. or until cooked through and lightly golden.

  3. Meanwhile, in a bowl, stir together jam, mustard and rosemary. Serve with warm pork skewers.
