Easy Caesar Dressing

Directions

  1. In large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, cheese, lemon juice, garlic and anchovy until blended. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Tip

Homemade bacon bits elevate a classic Caesar salad. Fry 3 slices bacon until crispy, drain on paper towels, chop into small pieces and scatter on dressed salad, along with croutons.
