Easy Jerk Salmon Steaks with Mango Salsa

Directions

  1. Mix Jerk Seasoning ingredients in small bowl. Set aside.

  2. In another bowl, stir together all Mango Salsa ingredients. Set aside.

  3. Pat salmon steaks dry with paper towel. Coat in Jerk Seasoning. Barbecue salmon on grill preheated to medium-high heat, 5 min. per side or until just cooked through. Serve with Mango Salsa and lime wedges.

Tip

Replace jalapeno with a scotch bonnet pepper for more heat. Protect fingers with food gloves to avoid getting spicy juices in eyes.
