Tomato Salsa:

finely chopped tomato

Directions

  1. To make patties, mix turkey with egg, crushed tortilla chips, onion, garlic, chili powder, lime zest and salt. Divide into 4 portions. Shape each into 1/2-inch (1 cm) thick patties. Cook on preheated grill, at medium-high heat, for 5 to 6 min per side or until cooked through.

  2. Serve in toasted buns with Tomato Salsa.

  3. Tomato Salsa: Mix all salsa ingredients.

Tip

Top burger with Monterey Jack cheese, guacamole and pickled jalapenos or garnish as desired.
