Directions

  2. In a small skillet, bring cider vinegar and honey to a boil. Remove from heat, let cool, then stir in mustard, dill and lemon juice. Store vinaigrette in a resealable container.

  4. Prepare the green beans according to package directions. Place in a bowl and sprinkle with salt. Add vinaigrette to beans, gently toss to coat and garnish with radishes and watercress or arugula.
