Grilled Lobster With Caper Gremolata

Directions

  1. Preheat grill to high. Meanwhile, combine 1 tsp (5 mL) lemon zest (save the rest for a later use), chives, parsley and capers and chop finely. Set aside.

  2. Grill lobster halves, flesh side down, for 3 to 5 min. or until just marked. Divide lobster among 8 plates, crack claws and squeeze with lemon juice. Sprinkle with gremolata and drizzle 2 tsp (10 mL) of butter over each. Serve immediately.
