Directions

  1. PREHEAT barbecue to medium-high. Lightly brush radicchio wedges with 1 tbsp (15 mL) olive oil.

  2. GRILL wedges until slightly charred and soft, about 3 min. per side. Transfer to a bowl, toss with 1 tbsp (15 mL) olive oil, balsamic vinegar, capers and salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley.
