Directions

  1. Preheat barbecue to high. Grill lemon and artichokes approx. 7 min. or until nicely marked. Grill tomato slices briefly, until hot and juicy but still firm.

  2. Line a large plate with lemon slices. Place tomato slices on top, then artichoke pieces. Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
