Directions

  1. In large bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, herb(s), garlic, mustard, salt and pepper until blended (or place ingredients in sealed jar and shake well).

To make a smoother, thicker dressing, add all the ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth.
