Directions

  1. Divide pineapple juice, ginger slices and grated ginger between 8 (8 oz/250 mL) glasses.

  2. Fill each glass with ice and top with soda. Thread a blackberry, raspberry and blueberry onto 8 cocktail skewers to garnish each glass.

To turn this mocktail into a cocktail by adding 1 oz (2 tbsp) gin to each glass.
