Mexican-Style Chocolate Fondue
Combine chocolate, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, cayenne and sea salt in double boiler set over barely simmering water. Cook, stirring occasionally, 5 to 8 min. until chocolate is melted and smooth. Transfer to fondue pot; keep warm over low heat.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve with Compliments Shortcake Cookies for dipping, if desired.
