Nashville-Style Hot Chicken Pancakes

Directions

  1. In bowl, use a whisk to mix together pancake mix and 2/3 cup (150 mL) water until smooth.

  2. Mix in chicken, chili powder, paprika, garlic salt and cayenne. Just before cooking pancakes, stir vinegar into batter.

  3. Cook pancakes in skillet according to package instructions. Serve with hot sauce and maple syrup, if desired.
