Paprika Grilled Chicken Thighs & Corn
Stir olive oil with paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder and cumin; set aside.
Pound chicken between 2 sheets of plastic wrap until flattened to 1/2-inch (1 cm) thickness. Rub spice mixture all over chicken and corn cobs.
Grill chicken and corn cobs on a greased grill over medium-high heat for 4 to 5 min per side or until grill marked and cooked through.
