Parmesan & Chili Roasted Broccoli Crowns

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Arrange crowns, florets up, on parchment paper-lined baking sheet.

  2. In small bowl, whisk together oil, garlic, chili and salt. Brush over broccoli crowns. Sprinkle 2 tbsp (30 mL) Parmesan over top.

  3. Bake 15 to 18 min. until broccoli crowns are tender-crisp. Transfer to platter. Sprinkle with remaining 2 tbsp (30 mL) Parmesan cheese.
