Directions

  1. Add olive oil to small skillet on medium heat. Add mushrooms, shallots, salt and pepper; cook 3 to 5 min. until shallots are softened.

  2. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 400˚F (200˚C). Arrange naan breads on parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Spread barbecue sauce on each naan. Top with cheese and mushroom mixture.

  3. Bake 4 to 5 min., or until cheese is melted and bubbling. Sprinkle with arugula before serving.
