Spicy Lobster & Grapefruit Salad

cooked lobster meat, shell removed and coarsely chopped

Directions

  1. Using a sharp knife, peel grapefruit and remove fruit segments, catching juice in bowl. Coarsely chop grapefruit segments. Add to bowl. Stir in lobster, jalapeno, onion, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, honey and salt. Chill at least 15 min. or up to 1 hr. before serving.

  2. Serve in small cups, dishes or shooter glasses.
