Directions

  1. Melt butter in a small skillet set over medium-high heat. Add strawberries and sauté for 30 seconds. Add crêpes and gently turn to coat in butter. Add banana liqueur and immediately flambé with a match.

  2. To serve, place on a plate, top with mango drizzler and garnish with mint.

Tip

Use caution: Do not lean over the pan as you light the liqueur. Do not carry the dish while flaming. This is best done away from your table or stove. Keep a large metal lid on hand to cover the dish in case your flambé gets out of hand.
