Directions

  1. Alternate chicken, onion and mango on skewers. Let stand 10 to 15 min. Meanwhile, preheat barbecue to medium-high and lightly oil grill.

  2. Brush chicken, onion and mango with oil. Grill until chicken is firm and cooked through, about 5 min. per side (10 min. in total). If desired, squeeze fresh lime juice over skewers before serving.
