Directions

  1. Add juice of 1/2 lemon, 1 tsp (5 mL) sugar and ice cubes to each glass; stir with long cocktail spoon or chopstick. Top with soda water and garnish each glass with 1 lemon wedge and 1 sprig of mint, if using.

Tip

Add 1 oz (2 tbsp/30 mL) of your favourite gin to each glass.
