Dressing:
1 tbsp
rice vinegar

sesame oil

finely grated fresh ginger

Directions

  1. Into a large bowl, flake tuna into pieces using a fork. Stir in broccoli slaw and cilantro.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger and honey.

  3. Pour dressing over tuna mixture and toss to combine. Mound equal amounts of the mixture among the 4 lettuce leaves to serve.
