Directions

  1. Blend tuna and mayonnaise. Spread a thin layer of tuna mixture over tortilla. Cover with lettuce.

  2. Blot pickles dry on a paper towel. Place them in a row across the width of the tortilla 2-inches (10 cm) from the bottom.

  3. Tightly roll tortilla around pickles. Slice into finger-width pinwheels. Lay pinwheels side-by-side in a re-sealable plastic container. Chill until serving.
