Directions

  1. Place grated cucumber in a sieve set over a bowl to drain off excess liquid.

  2. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, stir together yogourt, lemon juice, olive oil, dill, garlic and grated cucumber. Add salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
