Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the orange, lemon and lime juices, plus the honey, ginger, nutmeg and mint. in a large bowl. Add the strawberries, kiwi, pineapple and cantaloupe; gently toss to coat. Cover and chill 2 hr.

  2. Thread the fruit on 6 skewers. Arrange skewers on a platter. Drizzle with some of the marinade just before serving.
