Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Season wings with steak spice and thyme. Toss wings in flour, shake off excess and arrange on a lightly greased foil-lined baking sheet. Brush wings lightly with vegetable oil and bake, turning occasionally, for 50 to 60 min. or until golden brown and crispy.

  2. Meanwhile, stir BBQ sauce with hot sauce in a large bowl. Toss with wings until coated then sprinkle chives on top and serve with vegetable sticks.

Tip

For less spicy wings, use only 1 tsp (5 mL) hot sauce.
