Heat a large nonstick wok or skillet over high heat. Add oil and heat until almost smoking. Add shrimp, cumin, garlic, salt and pepper; toss until shrimp turn pink, about 2 min.
Add broccoli slaw, cilantro (if using), lime juice and hot sauce; cook for 2 min. or until warmed through; remove from heat. Divide shrimp and broccoli slaw among warm taco shells.
