- 1 tsp
- vanilla extract
- 5 ml

- large flake oats
- 250 ml
- 1⁄3 cup
- wheat germ
- 80 ml
- 1 cup
- rice puffs
- 250 ml
- 1⁄3 cup
- sunflower seeds
- 80 ml
- 1⁄3 cup
- pumpkin seeds
- 80 ml
- 1 tsp
- cinnamon
- 5 ml
- 1⁄2 cup
- dried cranberries
- 125 ml
- 1 1⁄3 cup
- of Siggi’s 3.25% vanilla skyr yogurt
- 400 g
- Some grapefruit slices for garnish
Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 300 °F (150 °C).
Step 2
In a large bowl, whisk honey with vanilla.
Step 3
Add oats, wheat germ, rice puffs, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and cinnamon. Mix well so that they’re covered with honey.
Step 4
Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, stirring several times throughout, until granola is golden brown.
Step 5
Remove from the oven and let cool. Add cranberries and stir.
Step 6
Spoon the desired amount of Siggi’s 3.25% vanilla skyr yogurt from the tub into bowls and top with granola.
