Grilled Chicken & Easy Lemon-Herb Sauce
In large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper (reserve half of lemon-herb sauce in small bowl). Add chicken to large bowl, turning to coat.
Barbecue chicken on grill preheated to medium-high, turning frequently, for 25 min. until thickest part of meat reaches 165°F (74°C) on an instant-read thermometer, or until juices run clear.
Transfer chicken to cutting board or platter. Drizzle reserved lemon-herb sauce on top to serve.
