Grilled Peaches & Planked Salmon
Preheat grill to high. Toss together peaches, oil and salt. Grill peaches, cut side down, for 1 min.; turn and grill for 1 min. Remove from heat and let cool.
Cut cooled peaches into 1/2-in. (1 cm) cubes. In large bowl, combine peaches, basil, green onion, honey and lemon juice.
Place salmon skin side down on cedar plank; top with peach mixture. Grill, with lid closed, 16 to 18 min. or until fish begins to flake and flesh is opaque.
