  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté chorizo and sweet potato until caramelized, about 5 min. Add tomato sauce and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in chicken and lightly heat through. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

  2. Divide cooked pasta between plates, spoon sauce over. Garnish with cranberries and pine nuts.
