Sesame Chicken Noodle Bowl
In a medium saucepan, simmer 2 cups (500 mL) chopped broccoli, covered, until just tender, approx. 5 min. Drain well and return to saucepan.
Add 2 pkg (200 g) of cooked udon noodles or cooked rice noodles, along with 3/4 cup (175 mL) Compliments Chicken Broth, 30% Less Sodium, 2 cups (500 mL) Compliments BBQ Chicken, cut into 2-in. (5 cm) pieces and 1 cup (250 mL) frozen, shelled edamame. Cook over medium heat, just until heated through, approx. 1 min., tossing gently to combine.
Season with 1 tbsp (15 mL) Compliments Soya Sauce, 30% Less Salt and 1 tsp (5 mL) sesame oil. Garnish with 1 tbsp (15 mL) toasted sesame seeds and 3 thinly sliced green onions, and serve.
