
Spicy Kofta-Style Sandwiches & Grilled Corn
Seasoned Butter & Canola Oil, at room temperature
& Sweet Pepper seasoning (grinder)
Directions

Spread seasoned butter on corn cobs and sprinkle with Roasted Garlic & Sweet Pepper seasoning. Wrap each corn cob in foil.

In large bowl, mix together beef, coriander, cumin, chili flakes and salt. Divide mixture into 4 portions; press each portion into a "sausage" shape around a skewer.

Place corn and sausage kabobs on grill preheated to high heat. Grill corn, turning often, 5 to 10 min., until cooked through. Grill kabobs 8 to 10 min., until meat is cooked through and browned.

Serve kabobs inside baguette sections topped with cucumber slices, spoonful of yogourt and squeeze of lemon. Serve grilled corn on the side.
