Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine lemon zest, garlic, paprika, pepper, 1 tbsp (15 mL) olive oil and shrimp. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 1 hour.

  2. Heat remaining 1 tbsp (15 mL) oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season shrimp with salt and sauté until cooked through, 1 to 2 min. per side.
