Directions

  1. In bowl, use a whisk to mix together pancake mix and 2/3 cup (150 mL) water until smooth.

  2. Mix in hash browns, peas, onion, curry powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.

  3. Cook pancakes in skillet according to package instructions. Serve with hot sauce, dollops of plain yogourt and lime wedges, if desired.
