At home, combine soy sauce and balsamic vinegar in small resealable container.
At campfire, slice and seed peppers, trim snow peas. Heat large skillet or foil pan over fire until a drop of water sizzles on the surface. Add pepper and snow peas. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender-crisp and begin to brown. Stir in soy sauce mixture. Garnish with almonds to serve.
