- whole-wheat waffles
- Pinch each cumin, paprika, salt and pepper

- margarine made with olive oil

Directions
- Step 1
- Microwave waffles for 20 seconds.
- Step 2
- In small bowl, mix together paprika, cumin, salt and pepper
- Step 3
- Heat margarine in a medium non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Step 4
- Cut a circle out of the centre of each waffle with a juice glass. Place the waffles and circles in skillet. Cook until golden, about 1 minute. Flip over and crack 1 egg into the centre of each waffle. Sprinkle with spices, cover and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until done as you like.
- Step 5
- Use the toasted centre as a dipper. Enjoy with sliced oranges and a glass of soy beverage for a quick and satisfying breakfast.
