Lemon, Horseradish & Basil Caesar
In a small dish, combine half the lemon zest with pepper and celery salt. Moisten each glass rim with lemon juice and dip into the lemon zest seasoning. Set aside.
In a pitcher, stir together tomato clam cocktail, horseradish and basil, with remaining lemon zest and a good pinch of pepper.
Fill glasses with ice and pour in Caesar mixture. Garnish each glass with a sprig of basil and a lemon slice, or add a quick-pickled green bean, if desired, before serving.
