Sesame-Soya Glazed Wild Black Cod
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place fillets on a foil-lined, rimmed baking sheet. In a small bowl, combine lime juice, sesame oil and soya sauce. Drizzle mixture over fillets. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and season with salt and pepper.
Roast on lower rack of oven for 12 min. or until centres of fillets are opaque. Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp (2 mL) lime zest and serve with lime wedges.
