Strawberry-Lime Cheesecake Wraps
Beat the cream cheese with the sour cream, 1/4 cup (60 mL) sugar, vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp (2 mL) cinnamon and 1/2 tsp (2 mL) lime zest until smooth. Fold in sliced strawberries.
Divide the mixture evenly between the tortillas, covering the lower third of each tortilla. Roll up each tortilla roll up like a cigar.
Combine remaining sugar, cinnamon and lime zest in small bowl. Using a sharp knife, cut wraps carefully into quarters and sprinkle with reserved cinnamon-lime sugar to serve.
