Compliments Balance Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
Blend tuna and mayonnaise. Line taco shells with lettuce. Divide tuna mixture equally between shells. Top each with carrot and cheese, garnish with salsa. Transfer to a re-sealable container. Chill until ready to serve, up to four hours. Tip: If tacos will not be transported upright, place salsa in a smaller re-sealable container.
Lining the tacos with lettuce prevents them from becoming soggy.
